What Day Is It Again?
Between the Jewish holidays and school days off, I’ve lost track. Here’s what we cooked, what we launched, and what's keeping us cute.
September has been a whirlwind. Between back-to-school and the Jewish holidays, the kids seem to be home more than they’re in class, and half the time I can’t even remember what day it is. This is starting to feel like a trend…
So what did I cook for the holidays? Glad you asked:
Nach Waxman’s brisket — cozy, delicious, and honestly foolproof, holiday or not.
Arielle Nir’s honey chicken — if you’re not on her Substack yet, you’re welcome.
Apple-wrapped desserts — festive, easy, and always a win.
A few weekends ago, my husband surprised me with a trip to Blackberry Mountain. If you ever get the chance, go. I thought I was strictly a “beach vacation” person, but it turns out I like to go on hikes and hang from trees. Go figure. Anyways…we had the best time.
Somewhere in the middle of all of this (don’t ask me the exact day), we launched our Paracord Necklaces in fall colors. They’re already flying, but a few are still in stock. Is it bad to admit I like these colors more than the last?
